Rights to freedom

RIGHT TO FREEDOM

We the citizens of India are  free to live learn and talk as we wish. but not everyone is aware of these rights many people say 'we have rights' but do we actually know what our rights are? do we know how free we actually are ? do we know how or why we got these rights ? what is a right that we all are so proud of ?

Let me tell you more about this but we must begin with what is 'RIGHT' ?

To begin rights are something a person has that people think it should not be taken away. like the right to eat , learn and live. but there are a few more rights that are important to keep our nation together. as we have studied in our social studies class during our school days rights are important to protect the minorities and their interest. 

But a few more rights are made so that not only the minorities but the all the people are free in true sense

Now the question comes is what is are these rights that we have since birth let us know about them 

1. Freedom of Speech: The right to express one's thoughts and opinions without fear of retribution.




2. Freedom of Religion: The right to practice one's faith without persecution or discrimination.




3. Freedom of Movement: The right to travel, reside, and work in any part of the world without restrictions.






4. Freedom of Assembly: The right to gather peacefully with others to express opinions, protest, or celebrate.









5. Freedom of Association: The right to form and join groups, organizations, and political parties.








6. Freedom of Expression: The right to express oneself through art, literature, music, and other creative endeavors.






7. Freedom of Conscience: The right to act according to one's own moral and ethical principles.








9. Freedom from Discrimination: The right to be free from discrimination based on race, gender, religion.
